Holographic display using volume holographic recording medium

We propose a holographic display technique that reproduces complex optical field by combing analog hologram and digital referencing. In the proposed method, large number of basis light are pre-recorded in a volume holographic recording medium and they are optically addressed and reconstructed by using a spatial light modulator. © 2018 The Author(s).
