공급 사슬 중단 위험 관리를 위한 제조기업 BCM (Business Continuity Management) 구축 사례 연구: 자동차 부품 기업 사례를 중심으로

초록
Modern manufacturing companies’ global business management is getting intensified and dependency to external supply chain and its’ influence is getting bigger. And those companies are adopting rapidly lean production and lean logistics for cost reduction, inventory reduction and elimination of waste in operations to survive in the fierce competitive global market. These business practices are the result of all companies’ maximum efforts to survive in competition and these are main causers to get them exposed to as much supply chain disruption risk as possible. Nowadays large scale disasters which topple whole global supply chain are trending upward such as "still on-going COVID-19 from 2020, “Kumamoto earth quake in Japan in 2016” and “Eastern Japan massive earthquake in 2011". This research has reviewed the necessity in SCRM (supply chain risk management) and BCM (business continuity management), recent marked way to effectively handling risks proactively in-advance and introduced automotive supplier Korean plant which has established BCM system for preventive and proactive supply chain disruptive risk management in order to provide initiatives in establishing concrete and tangible solutions for supply chain disruption risk management for modern manufacturing companies and this research is not just simple introduction of BCM but detailed procedures of BCM establishment and tangible & intangible benefits has been reviewed after BCM process establishment.
