초록
Polycrystalline SrTiO3 and BaTiO3 ceramics were synthesized by hot-press sintering surface-coated powders; the chemical features of the grain boundary in semiconducting ceramics were investigated as a function of process parameters such as sintering temperature and time. Kinetic parameters such as diffusion coefficients as well as activation energy of diffusing ions at particular heat-treatment conditions were obtained by fitting experimental data with computer-simulated results, and some work was carried out on the application of these values for the prediction as well as comparison with the experimentally observed grain boundary electrical features of the ceramics
