초록

IDC tumor is a neoplastic proliferation of spindle to ovoid cells with phenotype features similar to those of interdigitating dentritic cells. The reorted case have all occurred in adults. We experiences a case in 10-year old boy. Grossly, the specimen was agray encapsulated soft mass. The cut surface showed gray white, solid and homogenous appearance. Histologically the lesional tissue in lymph node was present in a paracortical distribution with residual follicles. The tumor showed vaguely storiform appearnace, with intervening aggregates of lymphocytes and plasma cells. Cytologic atypia was severe. Immunohistochemically, the tumor was positive for vimentin and CD68, and negative for CD21, CD23, CD35, Cd1a, and follicular dendritic cell receptor.
