초록
Mycotoxins are highly toxic and widespread contaminants in foods, agricultural products, and traditional Chinese medicines, posing serious risks to human and animal health. Therefore, the development of ultrasensitive detection, rapid early warning, and real-time monitoring strategies for mycotoxins is essential to ensure food quality and public health safety. However, conventional methods often fail to satisfy the demands of rapid, on-site, and multi-scenario analysis. Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) sensors, featuring low cost, high selectivity, and strong matrix tolerance, have emerged as promising tools for mycotoxin detection. The integration of MIP sensors with smartphones enables portable and on-site analysis, while recent advances in machine learning further promote high-throughput, automated, and data-driven detection. This review summarizes recent progress in MIP-based sensors, particularly smartphone-integrated visual platforms, and highlights the potential of machine learning-assisted intelligent analysis for rapid and large-scale mycotoxin monitoring, providing guidance for food safety, agricultural quality control, and environmental contaminant surveillance.
