FPSO 선수 플레어 변화에 따른 파랑충격하중 감소를 위한 수치해석 연구

Numerical simulations were carried out to evaluate about the wave impacts of green water and bow flare slamming on a FPSO. To reduce the wave impact of green water and bow flare slamming, various angles and shapes of flare were attached on bow of the FPSO. As model in this research, the FPSO was set free to heave and pitch under head sea condition in the numerical simulations. From the results of the numerical simulations, iproper angles and shapes of flare were suggested for reduction of the wave impacts of green water and bow flare slamming.
