초록

In the industrial image inspection systems, auto focus (AF) technology is one of the key feature to accurately capturing the image of the target specimen. To implement the high precision autofocus system, this paper proposed the laser-based triangular auto focusing system. To maintain the uniform and prompt responsibility regardless of the relfectivity of the specimen’s surface, PID control algorithm was used to adjust the output power of laser diode.
