분리형 마그네틱코아의 설계를 위한 시뮬레이션과 실험결과의 비교

초록

Comparison study between Mathlab simulation and experiment is performed. Splitable Core is modeled based on the existing Transfomer Design method with considering cutting surface airgap factor. In this study, the error of about 15% was found between them. It is too important for our study to focus reducing airgap factor to have maximum output instead of higher permeability. For better simulation of real splitable core, new model should be developed based on cutting airgap and other factors with consideration of core manufacturing process
