초록
Intermetallic compounds for high temperature applications were consolidated from elemental powder mixtures. Ni3Al and TiAl were successfully produced by hot extruding elemental powder mixtures, with a result of homogeneous distribution of fine grains. The fine grain size as well as inherent oxides produced a high yield strength. Also, a good tensile ductility was obtained.
