초록
In order to increase the efficiency of gas separation membrane, there have been various studies to synthesize polymer which has high selectivity and high permeability. The polymers which have high permeability were modified by various methods, because they have low selectivity. But the modification of membrane resulted in a decrease in permeability. Recent studies showed that casting thin film on silica particles impregnated substrate increased permeability and selectivity together.[1] The polymers used in previous experiments have low permeability and high selectivity. In this experiment, 6FDA-p-TeMPD polyimide, which has low selectivity and high permeability, was used.
