Effective development of innovative technologies as a method for increasing labor productivity in industry

This article is devoted to the study of issues of increasing the efficiency and productivity of labor in industrial enterprises in the context of the use of innovation. We have proven a direct relationship between innovation and labor productivity. The main postulate is made in the article that the more invested in innovative technologies, the higher labor productivity. Moreover, a new indicator has been introduced - the innovative activity of personnel, which shows the share of human resources employed in innovative processes. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2020.
