Polydopamine-Coated Hexagonal Boron Nitride For Heat Dissipation Application
초록
With the recent increase in unmanned aerial vehicle research, the importance of heat management due to the intensive deployment of high-performance electronic components has been emphasized. In this study, through-plane thermal conductivity of the heat dissipation material reached 4.98 W/mK and in-plane thermal conductivity reached 27.77 W/mK. In addition, the heat dissipation effect was verified by applying the heat dissipation material to electronic components. Based on these results, the polydopamine-coated hBN composite is expected to contribute to the heat management technology of unmanned aerial vehicles.
