Optical Polymer Micro/Nano-Wires for O-PCB and VLSI Photonic Circuit Applications

This paper reports on the used of micro/nano-optical polymer wires for applications in the optical printed ciruti board (O-PCB) and VLSI photonic integrated circuits. It discusses on the design and fabrication of polymer wires and the photonic circuits, including the issues regarding their interconnection for O-PCB and VLSI photonic applications.
