EFFECTS OF CHEMICAL PRETREATMENT IN THE PREPARATION OF ALUMINUM ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR ANODE

알루미늄 전해 커패서티 전극의 전처리에 있어서 화학적 전처리의 영향

초록

The influence of two-step pretreatment on electrostatic capacitance was investigated by atomic force microscopy and the measurement of electric capacitance. H3PO4 pretreatment was used in order to unify the thickness of oxide layer and HCl pretreatment makes high-density pits on aluminum surface. Maximum electrostatic capacitance of aluminum electrode after H3PO4 pretreatment presented at 65 °C, while the highest electrostatic capacitance of aluminum after HCl pretreatment was observed at 45 °C. The electrostatic capacitance after H3PO4 and HCl pretreatment was higher than one-step pretreatment.
