A Novel D-A type Copolymers for Organic Thin Film Transistor (OTFTs)

Solution-processed organic thin film transistors are promising technology for low-cost, light-weight, mechanical strength and flexible electronic applications. In this study, we designed and synthesized a novel D-A type copolymer by Stille-coupling polymerization. This polymer showed good solubility in organic solvents and high thermal stability. The electrical performance of this polymer in organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) were evaluated, before and after annealing.
