Chiral Effective Lagrangian From The Instanton Vacuum And The Low-Energy Constants

We present a recent work on the effective chiral Lagrangian to order O(p^4), based on the nonlocal chiral quark model from the instanton vacuum with SU(3) symmetry breaking. We cumpute the corresponding low-energy constants. The results are in good agreement with the empirical data. We discuss them in comparison with the empirical data.
