숭고미의 관점에서 본 산업유산 재활용에 관한 연구

초록

The study, focusing on the local governments' mixed moves of urban development and restoration in the post industrial society, departs from critical reconsideration on the current uniformed trend in recycling the industrial heritages. The study attempts to explore the contemporary concept of sublime beauty and its applicability for architecture through a historical survey, to analyze cases of urban restoration in which the property of the industrial heritage well corresponds with the regional characteristics, and to examine an conceptual applicability of sublime beauty in modern city to develop a psycho-cultural cityscape.
