Comparison of the supporting strength of a poly L - lactic, D-lactic acid(PLDLA) sheet and porous polyethylene(medpor) for the reconstruction of orbital floor fractures

The results of this study show that the PLDLA sheet and Medpor were sufficient for reconstruction of orbital floor fractures with a deficient posterior part. However, the supporting power of the PLDLA sheet proved stronger than that of the Medpor.
