초록
The phase selective synthesis of molecular sieve seems to become very important not only for the practical application but also for academic understanding. AFI and CHA molecular sieves could be selectively synthesized from the same precursor gels only with different heating through microwave and hydrothermal heating, respectively. These precursor gels seemed to be irrespective of pH, incorporated metal (Si etc.) or the type of the templates such as triethylamine and N,N,N’,N’-tetraethylethylenediamine. This implies that the AFI structure could be rapidly synthesized by microwave and the CHA structure could be obtained with increase of crystallization time under hydrothermal heating or prolonged crystallization time with microwave. It seems to be resulted from the difference in the stability of each phase. Microwave synthesis can give an additional merit of phase selective synthesis for unstable material due to rapid crystallization
