저간섭성 반사 간섭계를 이용한 새로운 굴절률 측정

초록

We proposed new method to measure the refractive index by using optical low-coherence reflectometry. The proposed method used a collimated light as a probe beam of optical low-coherence reflectometry, and measured the refractive index of the material sandwiched between two reference plates by comparing peak positions of several interfered envelopes. Accordingly, the refractive index of a liquid also could be measured by the proposed method.
