악성종괴로 오인된 경막외 이물질

초록

목적: To report a case of epidural mass ？？ 새 foreign body(suture material) in a pateints with preoperative diagnosis of a hypervascular mass such as paraganiglioma 대상: this patinets was admitted into severe backpain and both leg tinglinig sensation. The MRI showed a single well-demarcated intradural extramedullary mass in the L3 level and uge hypervascular mass on the epidural space of the level of previous laminectomy area. The auhors thought the epidural mass as metastitiac malignent tumor or sarcoma. 결과: The pateints successfully underwent surgery, in which the epidural mass was removed. Operative finding of epiduaral mass was thought as a caseoud material with concodant with chronic nonspecific inflammation. The histologic diagnosis was a foregn body reaction to suture materioal with dystrophic calcification, firbrinoid necrosism and extensive fibrosis. 결론: An uncommon case of as epidullar mass ？？ 새 foregn body(probably, suture material) was reported.
