On-line recoveries of large molecules from the mixture solution were carried out in frontal elution operation of reciprocating size exclusion chromatography(RSEC) with and without temperature swing. In RSEC with temperature swing, simultaneous recovery of large molecules and concentration of small molecules were achieved, while only recovery of large molecules was possible with RSEC without temperature. The recovery was about 70% at the 7th cycle.
