폐경기여성의 후복막 mature cystic teratoma에서 발생한 mucinous adenocarcinoma

초록

Although malignant transformation of mature cystic teratoma is not a common complication, some of its constituent tissues have the potential to undergo malignant transformation. If it is case, squamous cell carcinoma is the most common teratoma related cancer. Teratomas are mostly found in neonates and young adults. We present an a rare case of a postmenopausal woman with mucinous adenocarcinoma arising from one retroperitoneal mature cystic teratoma.
