Synthetic Studies on New Dinitroazetidine Derivatives as the Effective High Energy Plasticizer

Energetic plasticizers are the additive materials having a positive heat of explosion with low sensitivity, good energy and good density. In order to synthesize the new type high energy plasticizer candidate compounds, the synthetic pathway for novel 3,3-dinitroazetidine derivatives from nitromethane as the starting material were designed and studied via N-tertbutyl- 3,3-dinitroazetidine compound as a key intermediate. The synthetic schemes and the physicochemical properties for synthesized compounds will be discussed
