A case of hypophosphatemic osteomalacia caused by a hematoma

초록

tumor induced osteomalacia is suspected when there is a clinical presentation of acquired hypophophatemia. It is challenging to localize tumors that induce osteomalacia due to small size and slow growth anywhere in the body. Since a hematoma can be a source of phosphaturic agent, previous history of injuries should be also carefully examined.
