광학박막을 이용한1.31um/1.55um 파장 광 분기/결함기(OADM)용 추가/탈락 필터의 설계 및 증착

초록

Wavelength-division multiplexing (WDM) is currently introduced worldwide into various optical communication systems for capacity enhancement OADM(optical add/drop multiples) modules are key elements of such systems. In this paper a 1.31 um/1.55 um wavelength add/drop filters based on optical interference filters were designed and deposited. Two filters have been designed for 1.55 um bandpass and 1.31 um bandpass, respectively. The insertion loss and isolation were measured below 0.1dB and above 34.1dB, respectively.
