Anti-tumor effect of OK-432-coated polyurethane membrane as a local drug releasing system on adenocarcinoma in mice

OK-432 is immune modulating agent which widely used systemic or locally for treatment of various cancers. After making tumor with adenocarcinoma in mice, we put the OK-432 release system could inhibit the tumor growth under animal model.
