초록

Chronic infection with hepatitis B virus (HBV) is a high-risk factor for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in human. Under this condition, X-protein is expressed in the liver, leading to suppression of the functions of the hepatic drug metabolizing enzymes via nitric oxide released by the expression of iNOS.
