초록
The hot deformation behavior of solidified Al-9Fe and Al-14Fe(wt pct) alloys were investigated at the strain rate of 7.37*10Y-3/sec to 5.07*10Y-2/sec and under the temperature between 400℃and 550℃. The restoration mechansm at high temperature was found to be dynamic recrystallization(DRX). Through analysis of the strain hardening rate(θ) vs. effective stress(σ)curves, relationships between critical strain(εc) and peak strain(εp) for Al-9Fe and Al-14Fe alloys were found to be εc≒0.74εp and εc≒0.68εp, respectively. The dependence of the strain rate (ε) and temperature (T) on stress could be described by power law , ε= Aσⁿ'exp(-Q/RT).
