Fabrication of Electrodeposited Metal Nanowire using Alumina Template

초록

Template synthesis method has been widely used for a fabrication of nano -size materials and highly ordered nano-porous alumina is actively applied as a template structure. Partly hydrated anodic aluminum oxide, which consists of thin barrier layer and porous over layer, is fabricated by anodization in an acid electrolyte. Thickness of two layer depends on the applied anodizaition voltage and the regularity of pore distribution depends on first anodization time. Highly odered nano-pores can be used as a template for fabrication of metal nanowires with difference composition. In this work, electro deposition method were utilized to fill different size pores with metals.
