초록
Polymyositis is a syndrome of unknown etiology characterized by an inflammatory myopathy involving striated skeletal muscle and dermatomyositis is defined as polymyositis associated with specific skin rash. We report a case of dermatomyositis with SCLC with brief review of literatures
