초록
In the present work, Design optimization of a axial fan using three-dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes Analysis and the response surface method presented. Regression analysis is used for generating response surface, and it is validated by ANOVA. Standard k-e model is used as a turbulence closure. The computational results are compared with experiment data. Three design variables, i.e. distribution of sweep angle at mean and tip and flow rate were employed to optimize the efficiency.
