Design and Integration of Polymer, Silicon and Plasmonic Nano-wires for Nano-Photonic Integrated Circuit Application

We present on the design and integration of polymer, silicon and plasmonic nano-wires for nano-photonic integrated circuit applications. Polymer nano-wires are fabricated using imprinting technique for low-cost and high-volume production purposes for applications in optical printed circuit board (O-PCB) and VLSI photonic applications.
