소방이 형성된 결핵성 흉막염환자에서 경피적 도관을 이용한 유로키나제 치료의 효과: 전향적 무작위 연구

초록

We did this study for the efficacy of urokinase through percutaneous catheter in tuberculous pleurisy patients with septations. Thirty seven patients were enrolled in this study. Pleural thickening was significantly decreased in urokinase group. WBC count, glucose, protein, LDH, pH, ADA were not significant predicting factors for pleural thickening. But, pretreatment symptomatic period was significantly longer in patients with pleural thickening.
