Development of thermal plasma process for synthesis of high quality ultra-fine titanium dioxide has been studied. Propose of this study is to control the powder characteristics such as particle morphology,particle size distribution and phase composition,in thermal plasma process...... ........ ....... ....... The anatase-to-ritile transition of produced powder started at approx. 870K and completed at 1200K.
