Measurement of group index profiles of hydrogenated amorphous silicon waveguide with Mach-Zehnder interferometer

In this paper we report on measured results of the spectral group index profiles of the amorphous silicon waveguides which can be fabricated based on CMOS fabrication processes with Si wafers.
