A study on In2O3-coated Ga2O3 one-dimensional nanostructures

The influence of ZnO coatings on the properties of one-dimensional(1D) nanostructures of Ga2O3 have been investigated. Scanning electron microscope(SEM), Transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), Photoluminescence(PL) an analysis techniques were used to characterized the samples. It was found that the wavelength of the PL emission changed abruptly with an increase of the In2O3 film thickness. Effects of annealing on the properties of the 1D nanostructures were also investigated.
