Mini-Baja 전기자동차의 연비 시뮬레이션 연구

초록

Since the oil price is soaring and the regulation of carbon dioxide gets stronger, the necessity to develop an electric vehicle is tremendously increasing in the automobile industry. The purpose of the study is designing an electric Mini-Baja vehicle to estimate the performance and fuel economy of the vehicle through the simulation studies and make improvements of those by applying results in re-design process. The main part of an electric vehicle is choosing proper motor and achieving the best fuel economy with in limitation using power supply, such as batteries. The requirements in design process are the minimum speed, 40km/h, and weight, 200kg, of the vehicle. The whole vehicle is modeled in AVL Cruise to estimate fuel efficiency and several parts, wheel size and power train system, are used for variables to improve fuel efficiency. In this study, it is found that what variables affect most in fuel economy and how those can be applied in design the vehicle
