도파로 격자 분석을 위한 Bloch wave analysis의 3차원 확장

초록

We proposed that Bloch wave analysis be extended the 3-dimensional case for the waveguide greating devices. The numercal algorithm of Bloch wave analysis was developed and evaluated. we confirmed the result of 3-dimensional case as comparing the result of 2-dimensional case. 3-dimensional extension of Bloch wave analysis will be expected more exactly to analysis the waveguide grating devices than previously numerical method.
