Behavioral Characteristics of a T-sub Connection Fastened by SMA Bars Under Axial Loads
초록
Superelastic-shape memory alloys (SMAs) that have superelastic capcity and shape-memory capacity, is a new material to improve the energy dissipation capacity without residual deformation. recently, SMAs has been applied to the connection of the buckling structures in the shape of wire or bar. Such energy dissipation capacity of SMA wire and SMA bar are affected sensitive according to change of austenite and martensite temperature, ratio of the shape alloy, diameter of SMA wire and bar. This study was conducted to understand that energy dissipation capacity and to examine the possibility of applying the seismic connections of a T-stub connection fastened by SMA bars under axial tensile loads
