건축법 적응형 주거단지 계획에 관한 연구

초록

We propose an automatical planning method for block housing. The placement of the building is improved by building standard law. We seed buildings in a simulation area using K-mean clustering method. To maximize floor area ratio, we advect buildings toward simulation boundary, and place additional buildings on coarse position. It contributes to designer for smart and eco-friendly city design.
