Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms of XRCC1 Affect Progression-free Survival in Lung Cancer
초록
Background: The study goal is to find the predictors of radiosensitivity in lung cancer by single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) analyses. Methods: One hundred and thirty-six non-small cell lung cancer patients, who receiced radiotherapy at Asan Medical Center, were recruited from August 2002 to September 2003 Demographic information was obtained from self-administered questionnaire and information about clinical condition from the subject's medical records. Blood samples were collected from all study subjects at the time of enrollment.
