Comment on 'Synthesis, characterization and magnetorheological study of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified Fe3O4 nanoparticles'

In a recent paper, Wang et al (2016 Smart Mater. Struct. 25 035028) reported the yield stresses of a 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane-coated Fe3O4-based MR fluid with a 25% mass fraction. This comment addresses the improved re-analysis on both ways of estimating the yield stresses and its rheological behaviors.
