The changes in Detrusor overactivity after spinal cord injury in awake rats observed by simultaneous registrations of intravesical and intraabdominal pressures

초록

Cystometric studies in awake male SCI rats showed significant changes in the bladder function after SCI. Almost all SCI rats exhibited physical characteristics of DO during the course of time. The DO have the tendency of decreasing with time in these models.
