Multicenter Clinical Experience of the MiRo Capsule Endoscope

Background and Aims: The clinical safety and diagnostic feasibility of the MiRO capsule endoscope (CE) were evaluated in a multicenter clinical trial and reported. It showed a great advance in capsule endoscope technology and diagnostic potential in small bowel diseases. In this study, we analyzed the clinical experience of the MiRO in patients with suspected small bowel diseases to assess its operation time, complete examination rate of small bowel, diagnostic yield, and complication rate.
