지역 모양 형태 특칭을 이용한 표면 텍스쳐 분류

Some shape features can be used to describe texture. In this paper, we propose a local shape (LS) to describe texture information. The local shape of small window is analyzed and their distribution is used as the texture descriptor. The experimental results shows that the texture classification accuracy of LS is better than those of local binary patterns (LBPriu81) and local Fourier histogram (LFH) with overall classification accuracy of 92.31% whereas LBPriu81 and LFH are 79.32% and 75.01%, respectively.
