저가간섭 반사계를 이용한 다중모드 도파로의 광 특성 측정

초록

We have set up the optical low-coherent reflectometry to analysis the characteristics of multi-mode waveguides. Using the system, various characteristics of waveguides were measured such as propagation loss, polarization dependency by measuring back-reflected light from the optical device.
