Design and thermal analysis of LED lamp’s heat sink for improvement of thermal emission efficiency

초록

LED lamp has thermal problems that are still a bottleneck to limit the stability, reliability, and lifetime of LEDs. In this paper, we present a suitable heat sink system and thermal analysis of LED lamp for improving thermal emission efficiency. So, we design many kinds of the heat sink as the number and thickness of fins. And we simulate the LED lamp applied each heat sink. Temperature of the LED junction decreased because of heat sink with various fins. The fin’s number is 7pcs and thickness is 2mm for optimal heat sink.
