대용량 정보 저장장치를 위한 Bow tie-shaped nano-aperture의 최적 설계 및 분석

초록

In this study, we proposed newly the structure of bow tie-shaped nano-aperture. the proposed aperture using surface plasmon resonance shows small spot size and high transmission efficiency. it was optimised by using the FDTD method, and that resulted in the spot size of 4X4nm and the electric field enhancement of 5500 times.
