초록

On the way of preparing of a fluorine-18 labeled radiopharmaceutical, 3-(3-fluoropropyl)-6-nitroquipazine, as the imaging agent for serotonin reuptake site, we could have isolated one new compound, 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-7-nitropyrano[2,3-b]quinoline, which is a new heterocyclic system. We have tried to synthesize unsubstituted heterocyclic compound. 9-Amino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroacridine, Tacrine is a reversible acetylcholinesterase inhibitor that presumably acts centrally by elevating the acetylcholine level in the cerebral cortex and by slowing degradation of acetylcholine form intact cholinergic neurons. We have designed a target compound, 5-amino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrano[2,3-b]quinoline. The synthesis and chemistry of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrano[2,3-b]quinoline will be discussed.
